Official figures 2026: every figure on this site, with its statute and its status
Here is every figure the site uses, the statute it comes from, when it took effect and how far it has been verified. If you find one that is wrong, tell us.
Updated · Figures verified against the statutes of each jurisdiction · see all figures and their sources
The raw data is in legal-data-2026.json and ei-regions.json, the same files that feed the tables and the tools of this site. There is no second copy of the figures anywhere.
The whole registry, block by block
Every block of the data file has its own page, with all of its figures and all of its tables. They are split so that no page weighs more than it should, not because anything is missing: between them they are the whole registry.
- Jurisdictions
Notice, severance, vacation, holidays, final pay and complaint deadlines, statute by statute.
jurisdictions· 124 loose figures and 77 tables with 324 rows, across 14 pages. - Employment Insurance
The parameters of the year, the hours and best weeks by regional rate, and Schedule I.
ei· 21 loose figures and five tables with 85 rows.
- Verified
- Read in the primary source: the consolidated text of the statute or regulation itself.
- Secondary source
- The rule and the starting figures are official, but the resolved figure is not published by any authority: we work it out and show the arithmetic.
- Not yet verified
- We have not been able to confirm it against the primary source yet. It appears here for transparency and is not published as a firm figure on any other page of the site: the production build stops if anyone tries.
